Hot Sauce
Make this on a cool spring day, as it takes about 4-6 hours to cook. Then, watch out! It's great when used on burgers or hots.
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
 - 1 Lg. Onion
 - 1 finely chopped Carrot
 - 2-3 stalks Celery
 - ¼ T Garlic Powder
 - 1 T Salt
 - 1 t Pepper
 - 2 T Chili Powder
 - 2 t Cayenne Pepper
 - 1 T Paprika
 - 2 t Cinnamon
 - 1 t Ground Cloves
 - 1 t Thyme
 - 2 dash Tabasco Sauce
 - 1 t Marjoram
 - 1 Qt Water
 
Brown Ground Beef.
In separate pan saute Onion, Celery and Carrot.
Add to Ground Beef.
Add Water.
Mix all remaining ingredients.
Simmer 4-6 hours stirring often.
Another way, which works well is to cook the Ground Beef in the Water, which helps to 
coat the meat  evenly.
